Purva Grand Hills Master Plan
The master plan for Purva Grand Hills is built around one structural decision: to carry all 300 apartments in a single high-rise rather than spread them across multiple towers. Because only one tower occupies the 7-acre parcel, the buildable footprint is small and the 65% open-space figure is structurally real - the balance of the land is given over to landscaped gardens, the amenity programme, and a vehicle-free pedestrian environment.
Two basement levels carry covered parking and the building services - the STP, water tanks, fire systems, DG yard, and transformer. Vehicular movement is kept to a peripheral driveway and the basement ramps, with the inner landscape, pool deck, and play zones reserved for pedestrians. A single controlled gateway off the Vidya Nagar Cross access road simplifies security operations for the community. View master plan details →
- Single 2B+G+21 tower - The whole community shares one core, creating a single-address enclave feel rather than a scattered township.
- 65% open space - A genuinely high open-space ratio that follows structurally from a small buildable footprint on 7 acres.
- Vehicle-free inner landscape - Driveways and ramps confined to the periphery, so residents and children move through the campus without crossing vehicle paths.
- Single controlled gateway - One entry-and-exit point with a boom barrier, guard cabin, and integrated CCTV and visitor management.
